This unique restorative-style Yoga is centered on mindful breathing, gentle movement and stretching and energy healing. You will move through a series of simple stretches, each with the intention to release stored fear, anger, anxiety, addiction and any other ailment that may prevent you from feeling your best. Hands on energy healing will be given to each student as they practice. This is a relaxing practice that will leave you feeling more peaceful and lighter, physically, mentally and emotionally.
